As a design team, we strive to work on interesting challenges that create meaningful impact on our community. As a growing startup, we prioritize innovation over optimization. All designers have complete ownership of big projects they help define which ship every two weeks. From helping to improve our guest experience to our mobile app, these projects have the potential to fundamentally scale and transform our business.
We’re working on building new tools for our hosts to help them easily add their space, manage it from availability to pricing, and communicate with the guests in the most efficient way. Our goal is to educate and inform them around how they can be more successful hosts to maximize their space’s potential.
We’re on a mission to match guests to the perfect space for their activity, be it a photo shoot, company offsite or birthday party. To achieve this, we’re looking for ways to customize guests’ experiences that enable them to book not just the space, but additional services like catering and equipment rental.
Our product has evolved over the last couple years but our mobile app hasn’t caught up yet. We want to understand how our users are interacting with mobile to rethink and redesign the entire mobile platform from the ground up.
