Bridge Fellows join a program with a small group of experienced designers from our partner companies. As a fellow, you’ll meet weekly on Tuesday evenings for family-style dinners, workshops, and inspiring talks from leading creatives. Past speakers have included Facebook’s Julie Zhuo, who spoke about designing with intention, and Bret Victor, who talked about the future of creative tools.
We focus on revealing the creative process behind noteworthy examples of design by leading tech companies. Our off-the-record gatherings expose you to insights you won’t often hear about anywhere else. We emphasize both craft and leadership skills throughout each program.
We partner with up to 30 companies with industry-leading design practices. Fellows connect with senior designers and leaders from these companies during intimate weekly dinners and special events. We select partners who have a meaningful mission, invest in their design team, and use design as a key differentiator.
Many fellows enter the program by accepting a new full-time role at one of our partner companies. If you’re looking for a new role, we simplify the process with one common application that’s visible to all our hiring partners. If you want to stay at your current company, you can still apply to participate in our professional development programs.
We host curated gatherings with Bridge Fellows, Alumni, and Guild members, such as Women in Design and Source to share insights and bring together our extended design community. As a Bridge Fellow, you become part of a supportive group of influential designers who are available for collaboration and one-on-one discussions about your career and craft.
